1- Be Clear- First decide your goal and be clear to it. If your goal is not clear its impossible to be consistent at it, so be clear at it. After that, be clear why you choose this goal. When you are clear about your goals and why you choose this then move to the next step which is “make a plan”.
2- Make A Plan- Make a plan and work on it. Use a monthly planner or proper time table for your goal.
3- First Start With Small- Start with small goals first and after that go for a big one. Like, first decide to walk for 5 minutes daily. When you will walk daily your mind will start believing that you have control over your mind.
4- Journal- Do journaling about your goals. It will help you to be consistent and to achieve them. Journaling is one of righteous thing to make your life easier.
5- Use Reminders- Set reminders for your goals. Write them in a paper and stick in your mirror or in your desk. When you start working, set a reminder of 15 minutes ago.
6- Never Forget Break- Don’t work on your goals without any break. Always take a break after hours of work. Don’t forget to enjoy your weekend. If you will work without any break after some time it will be boring for you.
7- Surround Yourself With Optimistic People- Try to be with people who are optimistic and have similar goals to you. Stop hanging around people who don’t have goals.
8- Visualize Positive Result- Try to imagine the result of your goals. If your goal is to be a singer visualize that you are a singer and performing in front of millions of people.
